Can i get a refund after i order?

We offer a 7-day return window for unused items in original condition.

If your order is lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement after verification with the courier.

If your item arrives damaged, we will also provide a replacement, subject to photo proof of the damage.

After the 7-day return window, refunds are no longer available.
